Role: SAP Compensation Consultant Success factor

Experience: 8–12 Years

We are looking for an experienced SAP Compensation Consultant with strong technical expertise and good functional understanding of compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical/functional expertise in SAP Compensation.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP solutions.
- Support configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing SAP compensation processes.
- Collaborate with business, technical, client and SF India teams.
- Provide structured, methodical, and professional consulting support.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Compensation / related SAP areas.
- Positive understanding of compensation processes and business requirements.
- Strong requirements gathering, analytical, and solutioning skills.
- HR/HCM domain experience is an advantage.




- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or other SAP modules is beneficial.
- Relevant SAP certification preferred/expected.
- SAP Learning Hub access expected for certification maintenance.

Pay: ₹135,000.00 - ₹165,000.00 per month
