Job Summary The Salon Manager will be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the salon outlet, including operations, team management, customer experience, sales, revenue, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon and ensure smooth outlet functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the salon team, including Stylists, Therapists, Front Desk, and other staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain Bodycraft's service and grooming standards.
- Monitor daily sales, revenue, service performance, and outlet targets.
- Drive business growth through client retention, memberships, packages, and service sales.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, discipline, and performance.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly outlet performance reports.
- Ensure effective appointment management and optimum utilization of the team.
- Coordinate with the Front Desk and service team to manage client flow and avoid appointment delays.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of salon equipment, products, and inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the concerned team for timely replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with Bodycraft SOPs, hygiene standards, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct regular team briefings and communicate company updates, targets, and policies.




- Identify training requirements and coordinate with the training/HR team.
- Work closely with HR and Operations teams for recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and employee performance.
- Analyse service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure the outlet achieves its monthly revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

- Professional grooming and presentation.

Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in salon, spa, beauty, hospitality, retail, or related industries.
- Prior experience managing a salon/outlet team is preferred.
- Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Should be target-oriented and customer-focused.
- Should have the ability to independently manage outlet operations and team performance.
