Role Description The Salesperson | Part-Time role at Hiba Green Foundation is an on-site position based in Noida. This role involves engaging with potential partners, donors, and participants to promote the foundation’s programs and initiatives, including climate action campaigns, educational offerings, and community projects. The Salesperson will conduct outreach via in-person meetings, phone calls, and events, present program details, and support relationship-building with schools, colleges, corporate partners, and community organizations.

Day-to-day tasks include explaining program advantages, collecting and maintaining contact information,



following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to support fundraising and participation targets. Although part-time in title, the role is expected to follow a structured schedule during working days and collaborate closely with program and communications teams to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present initiatives clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- 10-15k/month, Timing: 5pm-9:30pm
- Basic sales, outreach, or fundraising experience, preferably in non-profit, education, or sustainability-focused organizations.
- Ability to engage in fieldwork, attend meetings and events in and around Noida, and work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining records of leads, contacts, and follow-up activities.
- Genuine interest in climate action, environmental sustainability, and community development, with the motivation to advocate for these causes.
- Comfortable using phones, email, and basic office productivity tools; familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or ongoing studies in business, social work, environmental studies, or related fields is beneficial.
- Ability to communicate in English and local languages used in Noida; prior experience interacting with schools, colleges, or corporates is a plus.
