Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Ahmedabad. The Salesperson will manage customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and promote DS Fine Chem’s chemicals and fertilizer solutions to existing and potential clients. Daily activities include generating leads, contacting customers, shooting and running posts and ads in social media, whatsapp and email, presenting product benefits, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and following up to close sales.

The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will be expected to meet sales targets,



participate in sales reviews, and support promotional activities such as trade events or product demonstrations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Candidates should possess customer relationship management and client service skills.
- Candidates should possess market research, basic data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates should possess clear verbal and written communication skills, Gujarati, Hindi and English language.
- Candidates should possess time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of chemicals and fertilizers, or experience in the agrochemical / chemical industry, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in the field, with a results-driven and ethical approach to sales.
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Commerce or in Business, Chemistry, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking systems).

Salary and Incentives

Fix pay starting with Rs. 15,000/- per month plus incentive in mode of profit sharing on sales target basis.
