Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based at the Puma Factory Outlet Store in Rajkot. The Salesperson will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with fit, performance, and style preferences. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers on the sales floor, maintaining merchandise displays, replenishing stock, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

The role also involves operating the point-of-sale system, processing transactions accurately, handling returns or exchanges as per policy, and supporting inventory counts. The Salesperson will work closely with the store team to meet sales targets, follow brand guidelines,



and deliver a consistent, positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Robust customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a friendly, professional approach to assisting shoppers.
- Sales and retail skills, such as product upselling, cross-selling, basic merchandising, and comfort working with daily sales targets.
- Operational skills, including handling cash and card transactions, using POS systems, and following store procedures for returns and exchanges.
- Teamwork and reliability, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues, follow direction from store leadership, and manage time effectively during busy periods.
- Basic numeracy and attention to detail to support accurate billing, inventory checks, and price verification.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, footwear, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not always required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with a strong interest in sportswear, sneakers, and lifestyle products.
