Role Description This is a full-time, in office Salesperson role based in Ranchi. The Salesperson will assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, lenses, and related products, providing guidance on styles, fit, and features. Daily tasks include greeting customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating product options, and handling sales transactions.

The role involves maintaining product displays, keeping the store clean and organized, and monitoring stock levels. The Salesperson will also support basic after-sales service,



coordinate with other team members, and follow company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with a diverse range of customers.
- Basic sales and retail skills, including product demonstration, upselling, and handling cash or digital payments accurately.
- Good communication skills in spoken English and local languages commonly used in Ranchi.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn about optical products, frame styles, and lens features.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and peak business times.
- Prior experience in retail, optical stores, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of secondary school completion or equivalent.
