SFDC Test engineer Technology->Package Testing->SFDC Testing Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
Validate Salesforce customizations including: Apex Classes Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce Pages Triggers Workflows Process Builder Flows Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud functionalities. Validate integrations between Salesforce and external applications. Perform API testing for Salesforce REST and SOAP services.
Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test execution reports. Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools. Collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Support UAT and production validation activities. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and quality assurance processes.
