Department: Direct Sales / OEM Business Development Reporting To: GM Sales Experience: 5 years (Industrial bearings or mechanical components preferred) Role Overview The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving direct sales to end customers and OEMs, expanding market share, managing key industrial accounts, and promoting the complete range of Pacific Bearings products. This role will focus on direct engagement with manufacturing units, machinery builders, and large industrial customers. Key Responsibilities 1. Direct Sales to OEMs & End Customers Drive direct sales to OEMs, machine builders, and industrial end users. Generate current leads by targeting relevant industries: steel, cement, mining, machine tools, power plants, textiles, sugar, packaging machinery, etc. Conduct plant visits, product presentations, and technical discussions with engineering and purchase teams. 2.
