Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud / Agentforce with hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Agentforce, Salesforce integrations, and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch, Queueable, and Async Apex.
- Build LWC and Lightning App Builder components for Service Console.
- Configure Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, and CTI integrations.
- Develop Agentforce/Einstein Copilot actions, topics, prompt templates, and Flow integrations.
- Design Salesforce objects, validation rules, record types, security, and custom metadata.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, Named Credentials, Platform Events, CDC, and Apex REST.




- Work with Marketing Cloud integrations and engagement data.
- Implement Salesforce security and audit controls.
- Develop test classes with 75%+ code coverage.
- Support deployments using SFDX/DevOps Center/Copado, Git, and CI/CD.
- Optimize Service Console and screen-pop performance.
