Process Excellence Specialist – Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 specialist to support the operationalisation of consumer data, marketing and privacy processes within a global organisation. You'll work across Marketing, IT, Privacy and business teams, translating Salesforce capabilities into clear, scalable processes and ensuring they are properly tested, documented and adopted.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 processes.
- Support data ingestion, harmonisation, segmentation and audience activation.
- Develop workflows, SOPs, process maps and governance standards.
- Create and support UAT scenarios, testing and defect resolution.
- Embed GDPR, PII, consent and privacy requirements into processes.




- Work with business and technical teams to resolve process issues.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Develop operational guidance and training materials.

Requirements

- 5+ years' hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 experience.
- Salesforce Data Cloud certification – essential.
- Strong consumer data and data-driven marketing experience.
- Knowledge of PII, GDPR, privacy and data governance.
- Experience with consent/preference management.
- Robust UAT and process documentation experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Privacy management tool experience; OneTrust desirable.

This is a hands-on process and operational excellence role, rather than a strategic, architecture or engineering position.
