The Role As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will focus on managing and maintaining high-quality system documentation for Salesforce and related enterprise application processes.

You ll partner closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, developers, QA resources, and project teams to keep requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, decisions, meeting notes, and support documentation organized, current, and easy to use. This role will be especially responsible for maintaining documentation and work item clarity in Azure DevOps and supporting team communication and knowledge sharing through Microsoft Teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, comfortable working in a remote environment, and able to turn business and technical discussions into clear, actionable documentation.

Responsibilities

- Own and maintain system documentation for Salesforce and related enterprise application processes, ensuring materials remain accurate, organized, and easy to access.
- Create, update, and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional requirements, and documentation links in Azure DevOps.
- Partner with Salesforce administrators, developers, QA analysts, and solution owners to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately.
- Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to clarify scope, business process impacts, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, testing readiness,



and release preparation by ensuring Azure DevOps work items are complete, clear, and aligned to current documentation.
- Use Microsoft Teams to organize project communication, capture decisions, share documentation updates, and help maintain team visibility across open items, risks, and next steps.
- Assist with user acceptance testing by defining test scenarios, validating delivered functionality, and documenting issues or gaps.
- Analyze Salesforce data, workflows, objects, fields, and business processes to identify improvement opportunities and reduce rework.
- Maintain documentation libraries for system processes, requirements, user guides, FAQs, change impacts, meeting notes, and key decisions.
- Communicate documentation status, open requirements, risks, blockers, and changes clearly across U.S. and India-based teams.

Qualifications

- Education Experience:

o Minimum 2+ years of business analysis experience, preferably supporting Salesforce or enterprise application teams. o Experience writing, organizing, and maintaining business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, meeting notes, process documentation, and system support materials.

o Experience working with distributed or remote teams, including collaboration with U.S.based stakeholders.

- Technical Skills:





o Working knowledge of Salesforce core functionality, including objects, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, workflows, and security concepts. o Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or Salesforce support processes preferred.

o Ability to create and maintain process flows, functional requirements, data mapping notes, testing scenarios, user guides, and knowledge documentation.

o Solid experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools for backlog management, requirement tracking, work item updates, and documentation traceability.

o Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for project collaboration, documentation sharing, meeting follow-ups, and communication with distributed teams.

o Experience supporting project intake, approval workflows, business case documentation, stakeholder review cycles, or governance processes preferred.

- Soft Skills:

o Strong written and verbal English communication skills for working with global business and technology teams. o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. oAbility to manage multiple priorities, clarify ambiguity, and follow through on open requirements or action items. oComfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration.
