Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales role based in Mumbai, focused on transportation and logistics services. The Sales professional will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and promote the company’s transportation solutions.

Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective customers, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating rates and terms, and coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer requirements. The role also involves managing customer accounts,



tracking sales performance, providing regular updates to management, and participating in training or market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and manage key accounts.
- Candidates should possess Training and coaching abilities to support team development and knowledge sharing.
- Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, with good analytical and negotiation skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
