Sales Team Leader – Telecalling

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader with a strong Telecalling background to lead and manage our sales team, achieve targets, and improve overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the telecalling sales team.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Track calls, leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Monitor team productivity and sales performance.
- Provide regular guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members.
- Support the team in handling leads and closing sales.
- Maintain proper follow-up on leads and the sales pipeline.




- Prepare regular team performance reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding targets and performance.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience with a Telecalling background is mandatory.
- Previous experience as a Sales Team Leader / Telecalling Team Leader is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of telecalling and sales processes.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Must have a laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection for work from home.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
