Description We're looking for an experienced sales team leader for our company. Sales, managerial, and administrative activities will be performed by the sales lead, including maintaining sales growth, hiring and training people, and stock control.
Requirements
1. Graduate with at least 1-2 years field sales experience and Minimum 2 years on supervisory role.
2. Experience of handling team would be added advantage
3. Good communication skills
4. Must have computer knowledge - Excel and Basic Data Analysis
5. Should be presentable in Market
6.
Should be excellent with verbal communication - English and Respective Regional
7. Good Team management skills with a proven track record
Job Responsibilities
1. Merchant onboarding in assigned geography.
2. Ensure to achieve 100% Monthly Targets.
3. Recruit, Train and Build a team of Field Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
4. Keep the team motivated and lead from front.
5. Ensure to meet Quality parameters as per set norms.
