We are looking for a Sales Team Leader
Responsibilities
- Lead, train & motivate sales team to achieve daily / monthly targets
- Assign leads, monitor calls, follow-ups & closures
- Handle client meetings, counselling & high-value deal closing
- Prepare sales report, target sheet & present to management
- Solve team issues and drive revenue growth
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
