Join Aifer Education as a Sales Trainee and get practical experience in telecalling, lead follow-up, customer interaction, and admissions conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
- Handle enquiries and explain relevant courses/programmes
- Follow up with leads and maintain lead records
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Convert enquiries into admissions/enrolments
- Build positive relationships with students and parents
- Coordinate with academic and internal teams

What We’re Looking For
- Freshers are welcome
- Graduate in any discipline
- Valuable spoken communication skills are mandatory
- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Target-oriented and good at follow-up
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior sales experience is not mandatory

Training & Career Opportunity

Training Period: 6 Months

Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000

Leave: 1 paid leave per month

During the training period, you will receive practical exposure to telecalling, lead management, sales communication, customer handling,



and admission conversion.

- After 6 Months

Based on performance, target achievement, communication skills, conduct, overall suitability, and availability of a suitable vacancy, you may be considered for regular employment. Selected candidates may be offered:

Starting Salary: ₹15,500/month + applicable statutory benefits including EPF & ESI, as applicable

Completion of the training period does not guarantee regular employment. Any continued employment will be subject to Aifer Education's assessment, business requirements, and a separate employment/appointment process.

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Work Mode: On-site / Work from Office

Engagement: 6-Month Training Programme

Eligibility: Any Graduate | Freshers Welcome

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday | 2nd Saturday & Sunday Off
