Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Varanasi.

The Sales

Specialist will engage with customers on the retail floor, provide product demonstrations, and offer personalized recommendations to drive sales of cosmetics and beauty products. Daily responsibilities include maintaining store displays, monitoring inventory levels, handling point-of-sale transactions, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, meeting individual and store sales targets, and sharing feedback from customers to support marketing and product decisions.

Specialist may assist in training new team members, participating in promotional events, and representing the brand in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to provide a positive, helpful, and respectful in-store experience.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to meet or exceed sales targets and promote product offerings.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding of current staff and contribute to achieving store objectives.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior retail or cosmetics sales experience, knowledge of beauty products and trends, basic computer and POS skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
