Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with excellent communication and convincing skills. The candidate will be responsible for visiting offices and businesses, generating new leads, presenting products/services, developing customer relationships, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit offices, companies, and potential customers on a regular basis to generate business opportunities.
- Identify new prospects and develop a strong customer network through field visits.
- Present and explain company products/services professionally to prospective clients.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and understand their business requirements.
- Use strong communication and convincing skills to convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to close business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide necessary after-sales support.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Confident personality with a professional approach.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.
- Valuable lead-generation and follow-up skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and reporting.
- Previous field sales experience will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate A proactive, energetic, and self-motivated individual who is comfortable meeting new people, visiting multiple offices daily, and converting business opportunities through effective communication and relationship building. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
