OMAD Builders & Developers is looking for motivated, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and promote OMAD Builders & Developers' properties and projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct property/project presentations and site visits.
- Negotiate with customers and successfully close deals.
- Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective clients.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation,



and deal-closing abilities.
- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to build trust and maintain good customer relationships.
- Previous experience in real estate sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a robust interest in sales are also welcome to apply.

Compensation

Pay: ₹9,138.95 - ₹36,794.72 per month
