Job Responsibilities

- Handle sales and purchase-related calling and follow-ups.

- Contact existing and potential customers to understand requirements and generate business enquiries.

- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for product availability, pricing, quotations and procurement requirements.

- Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, deliveries and payments.

- Follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders, pricing, dispatch and delivery schedules.

- Prepare and share quotations, enquiry details, order information and follow-up reports.

- Maintain proper records of customer and supplier communication.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales and purchase orders.

- Identify new business opportunities through calling, networking and follow-ups.

- Assist management with day-to-day sales, purchase and commercial activities.

- Handle communication through phone, email and WhatsApp in a skilled manner.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
