- Manage end-to-end delivery and operations of assigned programs.

- Ensure smooth program execution, learner engagement, and timely communication.
- Track program performance, feedback, and learner concerns.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain program reports and MIS.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in program management, education operations, or edtech.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
