Job Summary

Sysmantech HP World is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Promoters to join our HP World stores.

The promoter will be responsible for handling customers, explaining HP products, demonstrating laptops and other products, generating sales, following up with leads, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The position offers a starting salary of ₹22,000 per month plus incentives, providing an opportunity to increase monthly earnings based on sales performance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the HP World store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HP products.
- Promote and sell HP laptops, desktops, printers, accessories, and related products.
- Explain product specifications, features, benefits, pricing, offers, EMI and exchange options.
- Demonstrate products and help customers choose the right model.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Generate leads from walk-in customers and other enquiries.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain proper customer and lead records.
- Stay updated about new HP products, specifications, technologies, and offers.
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
- Ensure proper visibility of HP products and promotional materials.




- Coordinate with the Store Manager and sales team.
- Support HP promotional campaigns and in-store activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and offers and provide market feedback.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, professional grooming, and store standards.

Incentive Structure

Salary + Incentives

Incentives will be based on sales performance and target achievement. High-performing promoters can earn additional incentives based on their monthly performance.
