Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales role based in North Delhi, focused on orthopaedic surgical instruments and related products. The Sales person will visit hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers to promote and demonstrate orthopedic, neuro, and surgical instruments, surgical boxes, and external fixators. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying recent business opportunities, managing existing accounts, organizing product presentations in operating rooms when appropriate, and supporting healthcare professionals with product information and usage guidance.

The role involves coordinating orders, tracking sales activities,



maintaining accurate records in line with sales operations procedures, and achieving agreed sales targets. The Sales person will collaborate closely with internal teams for product training, customer feedback, and timely delivery, while building long-term, trust-based relationships with medical decision-makers.

Qualifications

- Experience in Medical Sales and familiarity with orthopedic and surgical products.
- Comfort working in or around the Operating Room environment and understanding basic surgical workflows.
- Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including prospecting, account management, and pipeline tracking.
- General knowledge of Surgery-related terminology to communicate effectively with surgeons and clinical staff.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
- Proactive approach to relationship-building and customer service, with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in North Delhi, manage field visits, and handle local travel as required.
- Relevant education in science, healthcare, or business is preferred; prior experience in medical device or healthcare sales is an advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting, documentation, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
