Roles and Responsibilities :

- Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels to drive sales growth.

- Cross-sell/Up-sell banking products such as credit cards, loans, and insurance policies to existing customers.

- Meet or exceed monthly targets by identifying recent business opportunities and building relationships with clients.

- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in telesales or related field (e.g., loan sales, credit card sales).

- Strong understanding of banking products including credit cards, loans, insurance sales, etc.

- Excellent communication skills for effective cross-selling/up-selling techniques over the phone.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
