We are seeking a Sales Officer to expand business in the assigned territory by acquiring new customers, developing market opportunities, and managing client relationships. Candidates with experience in BFSI, Banking, Insurance, Finance, or Field Sales are preferred.

Role & Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop leads through market visits, references, and local networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and customers.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 1+ year in Sales / BFSI / Banking / Insurance / Finance.
- Qualification: Graduation Mandatory.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and convincing abilities.
