Job Purpose To generate and convert business leads for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures across the assigned territory by identifying upcoming and existing industrial projects, building direct relationships with architects, EPC contractors and industrial owners, and maintaining a robust, well-researched pipeline of prospects.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit industrial areas, industrial estates and upcoming project sites within the assigned territory (Haryana) to identify potential PEB opportunities.

- Take photographs and videos of prospective sites, existing structures and ongoing construction activity for internal reference, proposal preparation and management review.

- Visit architecture firms and consultants who handle industrial plant projects; build and maintain relationships to get early visibility of upcoming industrial building requirements.

- Identify, approach and regularly engage with EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contractors operating in the region to generate PEB business leads and participate in their vendor/tender processes.

- Prepare and maintain a database of leads, site visits,



contacts (architects, EPC contractors, industrial owners) and follow-up status.

- Follow up consistently on leads and quotations to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.

- Submit regular reports on site visits, meetings, photos/videos collected, and pipeline status to the Reporting Manager.

- Represent the company professionally at site visits, meetings and any industry events/exhibitions in the region.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; a background/diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.

- Willingness to travel extensively within Bihar, UP and Haryana, including frequent site visits.

- Own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred, with a valid driving license.

- Basic computer skills email, MS Office/Excel, and use of smartphone camera for site documentation.

- Comfortable researching tender portals and industry websites for lead generation.
