Job Summary

Tulasi TWAM Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive the sales and market expansion of our TWAM lingerie and innerwear products.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the lingerie, innerwear, apparel, garment, fashion, or retail industry, with a strong understanding of sales, distribution, retailer/dealer networks, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop current retailers, distributors, dealers, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and key customers.
- Expand TWAM's presence across retail markets and relevant sales channels.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Introduce TWAM products to potential retailers and business partners.
- Negotiate pricing, orders, margins, and commercial terms with customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into regular business.
- Follow up on enquiries, orders, dispatches, payments, and collections.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Collect market feedback regarding products, sizes, colours, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, order processing, and delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market visit reports, and customer updates.
- Support marketing activities, product promotions, exhibitions, and retailer engagement programs.




- Contribute to building and expanding the TWAM brand in the lingerie and innerwear market.

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Prior experience in Lingerie / Innerwear / Apparel / Garments / Fashion is highly preferred.
- Candidates with an existing network of lingerie retailers, distributors, wholesalers, or apparel stores will have an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales and distribution.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to identify new markets and acquire new customers.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good market knowledge and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for market visits and business development activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and sales reporting.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing or a related qualification will be an added advantage.

Compensation Salary: As per company pay scale and based on the candidate's experience, skills, and relevant industry background.
