The Vision Sports is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Hadapsar, Pune.

Job Location: Near JSPM College, Handewadi, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary (CTC): ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Qualification: Graduate preferred

Experience: 0–2 Years

Industry: Sports/Fitness

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through online and offline channels
- Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries and customer follow-ups
- Promote sports academy programs and generate admissions
- Conduct and coordinate demo sessions and centre visits
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets
- Conduct marketing activities in societies, schools, colleges and institutions
- Develop recent business opportunities and partnerships
- Maintain lead, follow-up and admission records
- Support promotional campaigns, events and local marketing activities
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports

What We Are Looking For

- Good communication and interpersonal skills




- Strong sales and convincing abilities
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Willingness to work in the field for marketing activities
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply
