About the Role

AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, handle online bidding, and acquire Indian and international clients for our Digital Marketing, Website Development, SEO, and IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, social media, online platforms, and direct outreach.
- Handle online bidding and proposal submissions on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms.
- Identify and approach clients from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other international markets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business pitches.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
- Maintain lead and client records and conduct regular follow-ups.




- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to understand client requirements.
- Research new markets, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

Requirements
- Freshers can apply; candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in international sales, bidding, lead generation, and business development.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, or IT services is an advantage.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
