Key Responsibilities Merchant Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify and reach out to potential merchants in your assigned territory. Schedule and conduct merchant meetings in coordination with your reporting lead. Understand merchant needs and present the right business solutions.

Build long-term merchant relationships through regular follow-ups and engagement. Sales & Business Development Drive merchant onboarding and adoption of our digital solutions. Generate leads through field activities, networking and market visits.





Achieve assigned sales targets and productivity metrics. Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and sales activity.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with internal teams and reporting managers to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and activation. Gather market insights and share feedback to help shape business strategy.
