About the Role The Vibe is looking for a dynamic, target-driven and people-oriented Sales professional to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate business.

Handle leads, client meetings, site visits and negotiations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Monitor team performance, sales pipelines and conversion ratios.

Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maximize conversions.

Coordinate with the marketing and other internal teams for smooth sales operations.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.





Ensure a professional and positive experience for every customer.

Requirements

Real estate experience is mandatory.

Proven experience in a sales management role.

Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Ability to manage targets and motivate a team.

Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills.

Strong knowledge of the Zirakpur/Chandigarh/Mohali real estate market will be an advantage.
