Job Title: Sales Manager - SaaS(Network and CCTV Monitoring Platforms)

Role Summary

Sell Vinay Enterprises' proprietary monitoring platforms VEMIO (network monitoring) and Avalok One (multi-brand camera/NVR monitoring) as subscriptions to enterprises across India, and build the sales engine behind them.

About the Products

VEMIO discovers and maps a client's network (switches, firewalls, access points, cameras), monitors traffic, and raises alerts/tickets on failure. Avalok One unifies cameras and NVRs from different manufacturers on one screen and flags outages within minutes. Both are subscription-based (per device/per camera) and already live at client sites with hundreds of devices/cameras.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts (manufacturing, healthcare, education, infra, multi-site businesses)
- Run discovery calls, product demos, and qualify opportunities by estate size, pain and budget
- Plan and run proof-of-concept deployments with the technical team, with explicit success criteria
- Prepare proposals, pricing and contracts; negotiate and close




- Cross-sell to existing infrastructure clients with account managers
- Own renewals and expansion (more sites/devices/cameras, higher tiers)
- Build partnerships with system integrators and consultants
- Maintain CRM pipeline/forecasts and report weekly

Requirements

- Graduate; engineering/technology background preferred
- 48 years in B2B sales, incl. at least 3 years selling software/SaaS/managed services to enterprises
- Proven track record closing and renewing annual/multi-year contracts
- Able to explain technical products to both IT teams and business decision-makers
- Can run the full sales cycle independently, prospecting to contract
- Clear written/spoken English and Hindi
- Willing to travel across India

Nice to Have

- Experience selling NMS/observability/VMS/CCTV software
- Existing relationships with IT/security/facility heads in Gujarat, Maharashtra or other industrial states
- Networking/firewall/CCTV knowledge
- Gujarati
