RapidShyp is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our Sales & Business Development team in Gurugram.

What we’re looking for

- Strong experience in recent customer acquisition and business development
- Hands-on experience in the D2C / E-commerce ecosystem
- Proven experience managing the complete sales cycle — lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closure & onboarding
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience handling key accounts and driving upselling & cross-selling
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, CRM,



follow-ups and revenue targets
- Experience working with founders, business owners, e-commerce heads or other key decision-makers

Preferred backgrounds

D2C | E-commerce | Logistics | Shipping/Courier Aggregation | E-commerce Logistics | Last-Mile Delivery | Fulfilment | Supply Chain / Logistics Tech
