Position: Sales Manager

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1 Pune, Maharashtra

Qualification: MBA (Marketing)

Experience: 3+ Years

Team Handling Experience: Minimum 6 Months

Compensation: 50K per month + Incentives

Working days: 6 days (Tuesdays OFF)

Working time: 10 AM to 7 PM.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business development in the Pune West region.
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong client network.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with Builders, Banks, NBFCs, and Channel Partners.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.





Eligibility Criteria

- Solid leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage a sales team effectively.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA (Marketing) is preferred.
- Sales Experience in Real Estate Market is preferred.
