Key Responsibilities: -

- Build and source potential customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channel partners, and

other sourcing channels.

- Achieve key business metrics including IRR, fee income, and cross-selling of insurance products.

- Conduct initial assessments of loan applications for login and facilitate visits with the credit and

technical teams for loan due diligence.

- Oversee completion of documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement.

- Track and update PDD (Post-Disbursement Documents) and provide post-disbursement support to

customers.

- Achieve business targets for the LAP product.
