Job Title: Sales Manager – Two-Wheeler

Experience: 5–8 Years in Two-Wheeler/Automobile Sales

:

- Manage and lead the showroom sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to increase two-wheeler sales and market share.
- Monitor daily enquiries, leads, follow-ups, bookings, deliveries and conversions.
- Allocate targets to Sales Executives and monitor individual performance.
- Generate new leads through field activities, referrals, corporate visits and local marketing.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and improve lead conversion.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO and Service teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Ensure proper maintenance of customer and sales records in DMS/CRM.
- Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings and review team performance.




- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor showroom discipline, display, test rides and sales process compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Train and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
- Ensure achievement of monthly targets, enquiry conversion, booking and retail numbers.
