Generate new business through client acquisition, cold calling, client visits, and lead generation.

Approach importers, shippers, CHAs, freight forwarders, and potential customers for business opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Promote and sell the company's Import freight forwarding services.

Generate regular business from existing customers through effective follow-ups.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, RFQs, and commercial proposals.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with Customer Service, Import Operations, and Documentation teams for smooth shipment execution.

Maintain regular follow-up on leads, quotations, shipments, and customer requirements.

Support timely follow-up on customer collections wherever required.

Maintain sales reports, lead pipelines, and regular updates for the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales within the Freight Forwarding industry.

Candidates with Import Sales / Import Freight Forwarding experience will be preferred.





Robust understanding of Import freight forwarding services and processes.

Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Target-oriented with a strong focus on new business development and customer acquisition.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
