ABOUT THE ROLE

Aryanveda Cosmeceuticals is hiring a Regional Sales Manager – CPC to own sales growth, profitability, distribution and business development in the CPC (Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar) channel. You will manage CPC canteens, depots and agents, work with CPC Head Office on new listings, and coordinate with our supply chain and operations teams so that the right products are available, visible and moving in every canteen you cover. The role suits someone who can run the channel independently and build it from the ground up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales & Business Growth

· Own monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profitability targets for the CPC channel.

· Drive regular order generation and stock movement across CPC canteens and depots.

· Identify business gaps and growth opportunities, and take corrective action to close them.

· Grow the CPC business and product portfolio through SKU expansion and current canteen coverage.

2. CPC Stakeholder & Listing Management

· Build and maintain strong relationships with CPC Head Office, depot officials, canteens, agents and channel partners.

· Coordinate with CPC Head Office for current product listings, introductions and related documentation.

· Manage and develop CPC agents to ensure coverage, compliance and consistent performance.

3. Orders, Supply & Distribution

· Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Production for timely order fulfilment and high fill rates.





· Ensure product availability and prevent stock-outs across all covered canteens.

· Track payments, collections and outstanding dues in line with CPC processes.

4. Merchandising & Market Intelligence

· Plan and conduct regular canteen and market visits.

· Ensure effective merchandising, visibility and in-store promotional execution.

· Share market intelligence and competitor feedback (pricing, schemes, new launches) with management.

5. Monitoring & Reporting

· Monitor depot-wise sales, orders, stock levels, secondary movement and product performance.

· Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and business updates for management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

· Graduate or post-graduate (MBA preferred) with 4–6 years in institutional sales in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care or a related category.

· Prior CPC experience strongly preferred; Institutional experience will also be considered.

· Working knowledge of the CPC listing process, depot/agent model and institutional ordering.

· Strong communication, negotiation, coordination and relationship-management skills.

· Able to manage multiple CPC stakeholders and drive the business independently.

· Target-driven, with valuable analytical and reporting ability (MS Excel).

· Willing to travel regularly across the region.

· An existing CPC network and relationships will be a strong advantage.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)

· Sales & profitability – achievement against CPC sales and margin targets.

· Growth – depot-wise sales growth and new business developed.

· Listings – number of new SKUs listed with CPC and product penetration.

· Coverage – active canteens and depots covered.

· Supply – fill rate, stock availability and order execution time.

· Collections – collections and management of outstanding dues.
