Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, managing key customers, leading the sales team, and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
- Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Manage major accounts and negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, reports,



and performance analyses for management.
- Track sales performance and take corrective actions when required.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the sales team.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of existing accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales procedures.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events when required.
