Role & responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with architects, interior designers, design firms and consultants.

- Regularly visit architectural and interior design offices to present Purestream products and solutions.

- Generate leads through the architect and designer network.

- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and technical discussions.

- Get Purestream products specified/recommended in upcoming projects.

- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality and redevelopment projects.

- Maintain a database of architects, designers, developers and active projects.

- Coordinate with architects from the design stage through product selection and execution.

- Follow up on enquiries and convert specifications into actual sales.

- Build long-term relationships rather than focusing only on transactional sales.

- Organize architect meets, product presentations and small networking events.

- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, samples, technical information and project requirements.





- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Prepare regular reports on visits, leads, specifications and project conversions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Female candidate preferred, with a professional and confident personality.

- Experience in architect-facing sales is highly preferred.

- Experience with building materials, sanitaryware, faucets, water purification, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, lighting, tiles, kitchen/bathroom products, or other architectural products will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Comfortable making frequent office visits and meeting senior architects/designers.

- Good at relationship management and follow-ups.

- Presentable and professional.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, CRM and basic digital tools.

- Should have good knowledge of Mumbai's architecture and interior-design ecosystem.
