Job Title: Sales Intern || Freshers are welcome

Shifts: 9 AM -7 PM, 2 PM -12 AM, 4 PM- 2 AM

Salary: 10-15k (fixed) incentives

Note: This role requires flexibility to work afternoon and night shifts (Work From Home is available) ) to effectively engage with clients across different time zones. Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational or fixed shifts based on business requirements.

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven person to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities primarily on Upwork, while also supporting lead generation through channels such as email outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outbound prospecting methods.

This role is open to freshers and experienced professionals both.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork that align with the company's service offerings.
- Generate qualified leads through email outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, referrals, and other outbound prospecting channels.
- Write customized, persuasive, and high-converting proposals.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on project fit, budget, and business potential.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable solutions.




- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and value-driven communication.
- Maintain an organized database of prospects, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach campaigns, messaging, and lead generation initiatives.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Continuously experiment with and implement new lead generation strategies, outreach tools, and AI-powered sales technologies to improve business development performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- This role is open to all candidates- freshers and experienced.
- The ideal candidate should have a solid interest in sales, business development, client communication, and digital solutions.
- Knowledge of outbound lead generation through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, cold outreach, or similar prospecting channels is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills is non-negotiable.
- Strong proposal writing, client engagement, and relationship-building skills are preferred.
- Good understanding of software development, web development, mobile applications, AI, cloud technologies, or digital services is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing the complete sales cycle with minimal supervision.
