Company Description Kisansathi.tech is a technology-driven platform focused on solving supply and demand challenges for Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). Built on a decentralized network, the company uses AI/ML to create efficient, data-backed connections between FPOs and the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) sector. Its proprietary tool, Bornbhukkad for Restaurants, helps optimize sourcing and procurement processes for partner establishments.

By bridging the gap between producers and buyers, Kisansathi.tech supports more transparent, resilient, and sustainable agri-business relationships. Applicants can expect to work in an environment that combines agriculture, technology, and innovative market solutions.

Role: Sales Intern – FPO Onboarding

- Identify and research FPOs across Assam and the Northeast.
- Reach out to FPOs through calls, emails and field visits.
- Explain the Kisansathi.tech platform, value proposition and business model.
- Build relationships with FPO founders, CEOs and management teams.
- Onboard eligible FPOs onto the platform.
- Understand FPO products, production capacity and supply capabilities.
- Maintain onboarding, lead and sales records.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and activation.
- Support development of the FPO–Restaurant supply network.

Who We're Looking For





- Students or recent graduates in BBA, MBA, Sales, Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Management or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with calling, networking and meeting prospective partners.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to take ownership.
- Willingness to travel locally for FPO meetings.
- Interest in Agritech, FoodTech, Startups and AI-enabled businesses is an advantage.
