Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Intern to join our Sales Business Development team. The intern will gain practical exposure to B2B sales, SaaS sales, lead generation, prospect communication, CRM management, and the Zoho ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential customers.

- Support lead generation through various channels.

- Assist with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach.

- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain communication.

- Understand customer requirements and business challenges.

- Assist in scheduling product demos and discovery calls.

- Update and maintain lead and prospect information in CRM.

- Track sales activities and follow-ups.

- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team reviews.

- Learn about Zoho applications and how they solve business problems.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

- Good verbal and written communication skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with prospective customers.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.





- Good follow-up and organizational skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, and CRM tools.

- Willingness to learn B2B/SaaS sales.
