Mandatory Requirement for Sales Team For the positions of Zonal Head – Sales, Area Sales Manager (ASM), and Sales Executive, candidates must have prior FMCG sales experience specifically in the Snacks, Chips, Namkeen or closely related packaged-food categories.
Candidates without relevant FMCG sales experience in these categories will not be considered for the Sales Team positions.
Candidates should preferably have experience handling Distributors, Super Stockists, Retailers, General Trade and FMCG distribution networks in their respective territories. For senior sales positions, strong knowledge of the Maharashtra FMCG market, distributor appointment, sales-team management, primary and secondary sales, target achievement and market expansion will be preferred.
