Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Intern who wants to build a career in B2B sales, SaaS, and business automation solutions.
As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales team and gain practical experience in lead generation, client communication, product presentations, follow-ups, and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify potential business leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
- Introduce and explain our CRM, WhatsApp API, and automation solutions.
- Schedule product demos and sales meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Update lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain daily activity and sales reports.
- Learn and apply B2B sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Skills Required
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over phone/WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn sales and technology products.
- Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
