Sales Girl – Showroom Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Girl to join our showroom in Siliguri. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining products, handling showroom sales and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.

The candidate should be confident, well-mannered, presentable and comfortable interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Explain the features, specifications and benefits of LED lights, fans, automated switches and other electrical products.
- Demonstrate products to customers whenever required.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, bills and sales orders as required.
- Maintain proper records of showroom sales and customer enquiries.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and pending purchases.
- Maintain proper display and arrangement of products in the showroom.
- Ensure that the showroom is clean, organised and customer-friendly.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the warehouse/godown team when required.
- Handle customer questions and basic complaints professionally.
- Assist in stock checking and maintaining showroom inventory.
- Coordinate with the sales and management team for daily showroom operations.

- LED Panel Lights
- LED Downlights
- LED Decorative Lights
- Ceiling Fans
- Other Fan Products
- Automated / Smart Switches
- Electrical Accessories and related products

Candidate Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and confident personality.
- Customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain products clearly.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic products will be preferred.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Punctual, sincere and responsible.
- Previous experience in showroom sales, retail sales or electrical/electronics product sales will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass preferred.
- Freshers may apply.
- Candidates with previous showroom or retail sales experience will be preferred.

Salary ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, skills and suitability for the position.
