Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based at Dundigal Gandimaisamma. In this role, the Sales Executive will engage with prospective buyers, conduct site visits, explain project features and pricing, and guide customers through the booking and documentation process. The role involves responding to inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure a smooth sales experience.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to convert leads into bookings.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales processes, documentation, and property market dynamics in Hyderabad.
- Comfort with using phones, email, and simple digital tools (CRM or spreadsheets) to track leads and sales activities.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct regular customer visits, and manage weekend or peak-hour responsibilities as needed.
- Previous experience in real estate, housing sales, or related customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
