We are hiring for multiple positions across Tamil Nadu and Tirupati (Andhra Pradesh) in the Building Materials / Steel / Construction industry.

- Deputy Manager 8 to 10 Years | Max CTC: 7.2 LPA
- Assistant Manager 4 to 6 Years | Max CTC: 6 LPA
- Senior MDE 3 to 5 Years | Max CTC: 4.8 LPA
- MDE / BDE / Tech Van Engineer 1 to 2 Years | Max CTC: 3.6 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Business development and lead generation
- Dealer/channel partner development
- Residential, commercial and institutional site visits
- Customer and influencer relationship management
- Product/technical demonstrations and site support
- Market development and competitor analysis
- Primary & secondary sales support
- Achieving assigned business and sales targets
- Coordination with sales and marketing teams
- Field visits and customer follow-ups

The MDE role involves regular site and channel-partner visits, lead generation, product demonstrations and coordination with the sales team.



Senior-level roles additionally involve business development, market analysis, customer relationship management and team/field marketing activities.

Preferred Qualification

BE/B.Tech/Diploma Civil or relevant qualification, depending on the position. Sales/BD roles may also consider candidates from other relevant educational backgrounds.
