What You’ll Do (Field Role)

- Visit sites, architects, and designers to generate leads
- Meet potential clients and pitch interior solutions
- Build strong relationships in the market
- Follow up and convert leads into projects
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Achieve targets and grow with performance

Who Should Apply

- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years experience
- Confident, presentable, and positive communication skills
- A go-getter attitude with solid ambition
- Someone who wants to earn, learn, and grow quick
- Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on profile)
- Attractive Incentives:



Earn additional ₹10,000 – ₹30,000+ based on performance
- Travel/Petrol Allowance (as applicable)
