Salary: ₹45,000–₹55,000 per month gross, depending on experience and suitability

Other requirement: Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Executive to develop business and build strong client relationships in the retail racking, store fixtures, and display solutions industry. The ideal candidate will have relevant sales experience and confidence working with customers across retail, supermarket, warehouse, or commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Identify and approach potential customers in retail, supermarkets, warehouses, and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Visit customers to understand their requirements for racks, shelving, fixtures, and related products.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders.




- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, production, and operations teams to support smooth project execution.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and assist the accounts team as required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and visit logs.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in sales; experience in a similar industry is preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and meet sales targets.
- Own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits in and around Bangalore.

Preferred Industry Experience Retail racking, supermarket fixtures, store fixtures, shelving, warehouse racking, display systems, or related products.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
